A first

I just finished my first full half mile on the elliptical, in I don't know how long. I think I'll go collapse in the shower after my legs cool down. :^)>=

  1. Today, I did what the South Beach book suggested, and it was interval training. A few minutes of high intensity followed by a few minutes of rest, cycled for about 20-30 minutes. Well, I didn't last that long. I only managed to last about 15 doing it this way, but it helps rev your metabolism more and born more calories. Only, it sucks if you lack endurance, at least at first. Still, I feel pretty well worked out. If only my asthma would go away. Dammit!
